OPINION A ESSAY
Sports in schools are
normally held twice a week. From my point of view, exercising in schools is
fine, but I think it should include more exercises, since the most common are:
soccer, basketball, volleyball and athletics.
In order not to affect
the classes considered most important, in schools it would be a great idea to
add 20 more minutes in the morning hours or for each class to do 5 minutes of
exercises, to activate the whole body and improve health.
In conclusion: schools
should consider sport as a fundamental part of the subjects, giving the
necessary importance to motivate students to do these activities, because with
exercise obesity problems and in more extreme cases diabetes can be avoided.
